چکیده

This paper describes an improved microwave digestion procedure for steel samples of various kinds intended inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, including low alloy steel, stainless alloyed tool and high-speed steel. Their resulting solutions were used the simultaneous quantification elements together with several light boron, aluminum, silicon, phosphorous. Conventional methods, using materials such as hydrochloric nitric acids aqua regia, sulfuric phosphoric a fuming treatment, showed poor ability to decompose certain steels completely or be simultaneously quantified some elements. By contrast, acid mixture acid, hydrofluoric distilled water 2:1:1:1:5 volume ratio fully decomposed samples. For suggested is applicable quantify phosphorous, titanium, vanadium, manganese, cobalt, copper, molybdenum, tungsten.

Determination of thirteen common elements in food samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry: comparison of five digestion methods.

Five sample digestion procedures were evaluated for the determination of Al, B, Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P, S, Sr, and Zn in food samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The 5 procedures include dry ashing at 500 degrees C, wet digestion with HNO3-HClO4, microwave digestion with HNO3, microwave digestion with HNO3-H2O2, and microwave digestion with HNO3-H2O2-HF. Microwave digestion coupled with spectrophotometry for rapid analysis of the total aluminum in polyaluminum solutions

The traditional measurement methods of 3 kinds of aluminum species and the total aluminum content in polyaluminum solutions are Al-Ferron timed complex spectrophotometry and EDTA chelatometry respectively. But eachof these methods has different deficiencies. In this paper, microwave digesting technical had be coupled with the radiate Ferron spectrophotometry to rapid mensurate the concentration...

Selective Separation and Preconcentration of trace Amounts of Gallium in Water and Rice Samples using Cloud Point Extraction and Determination by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry

In the present study a cloud-point extraction process using non-ionic surfactant Triton X-114 for selective extraction of gallium from aqueous solutions was developed. The method is based on the complex formation of Ga (III) with N, N′ -bis (salycilidene)-1, 2-phenylenediamine (salophen) as a chelating agent in buffer media of pH 5. After phase separation and dilution of the surfactant-rich pha...
